Based on my 2 mile time, i should be able to run about 18 minutes for the 5K, but due to injuries and knee probs i havent been able to do much speed workout. In fact, I havent done workouts under 5:50 pace in a few wks. The meet is tomorrow, what positives can i get out of this, and will the lack of speed workouts affect my performance? (p.s.-comming off injury, but ran 40 mles this wk so not too bad)
