I few weeks ago I twisted my ankle in a patch of snow. It hurt like hill and I had to limp home. Couldn't walk without a limp for four days.
Three weeks later I can walk just fine, but I still feel it during a run I can do about 4-5 miles just fine but I typically stop there since I don't want to do even more harm. I've run three times since my ankle injury and each time it felt exactly the same. It wasn't getting worse but it wasn't gettting any better.
Anyhow, the area that hurts is below my ankle bone inside my shin.
Considering that it doesn't hurt at all when I walk but it still bothers me when I run three weeks after I twisted it, what kind of injury am I looking at here?
