All the test showed that it was used on NCAA college football players, and that it builds muscle mass. That's not what i need, trying to tone down my muscles at the moment looking at the 10k this spring?
Would it be that beneficial to take? I have a sleeping problem, and a lot of times at night i lay there thinking, mind wondering, hard for me to fall asleep. So this looks like something i would try as long as it doesn't "buff" me up.
