Hey, I am a D3 athlete who just wants to get better. Ran 4:25 and 1:58 in HS, I'm now a 4:00(1500) guy who has 2 yrs of XC left(after this one) and two seasons of outdoor left(this spring and next). I am thinking of starting a journal online for alot of reasons. Actually, it is inspired by MCartles(sp). Do you think there would be much interest in reading it from any of you out there? I figure it would help me, I figure people would read it, some of them would probably have been through some of the stuff I am going through(and plan on going through) and have advice and tips. Let me know what you think people!
