Im doing a debate tomorrow morning on Gun Control for my Government class. Does anyone know of any good court cases saying we need more gun control? Or some good sites to look for this info on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hay asshole, how about citing the 2nd Amendment and calling it a day?
Do your own work, thanks. Is it too much to ask to visit the wikipedia page?

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

http://www.boston.com/bostonglobe/editorial_opinion/oped/articles/2007/12/02/staring_down_the_barrel/Everyone should be allowed to have guns. I would prohibit many people from having bullets though.
Tell them that Washington D.C. hasn't allowed handguns since the '70's. Then point out the fact that violent crime has not only failed to drop but has risen. Then scream case closed and you'll win.

It's very clear that in every instance in which "the people" is used in the Constitution, "the people" means "the individual."
wow, "screw you on gun control", and "Master of Class" clearly haven't been in high school for a long time, thanks for the help c*nt scabs.
You just need to learn how to use Wikipedia.
Go here:

Now, look at the citations within that section. You can use that stuff for papers. And since you're having a debate, I would imagine you don't need to offer citations as you speak.
Dissent of the Pennsylvania Minority-1787. Written by "Anti-Federalists." Gives you a contemporay basis for selection of the amendments.
All I have to say is JESUS H. CHRIST! Wikipedia IS NOT a valid source for any decent paper. Learn to use EbscoHost guys!
