I pulled my calf muscle last year (not real bad), and ever since I will sometimes get pretty sharp pains every once in a while when running. It's at the top of the calf where it attaches. I had a chiro do some ART on it and that seemed to help, but it has come back and is starting to worry me now.
In addition, my hip sometimes hurts while running. It feels like I strained my hip flexor pretty bad, but it's kind of weird because the pain kind of moves all around my hip (sometimes outside, front, inside, closer to my abs). I've gone to physical therapy a few times for each injury and tried to stretch a lot, but they never seem to go away. Does anyone have any suggestions?
