St. Louis Marathon (4/6/08)
Goal: sub 3 hours (as of right now)
Base training---week 7 of 12
Monday: 5 miles easy, form drills
Tuesday: 5 miles easy
Wednesday: 7 miles easy
Thursday: 4 miles easy
Friday: 5 miles easy, form drills
Saturday: 6 miles easy
Sunday: 8 miles easy
Total: 40
Plan to run 45 miles next week, 5 weeks until 5k time trial. I feel pretty good but I know there's a long way to go. Good luck to those who may be starting their training schedules for the Spring of '08!
