Problem with internet videos (youtube, flotrack, etc)

I am having trouble with videos loading on my computer. They only load to like 30-40% of the total video and I can't figure out what's wrong.

Then it just looks like it is either still loading, or just stops and stops trying to load.

Anybody ever had a similar problem or know of a solution? I am not very good with computers.......

All of those videos are running some version of the Adobe/Macromedia Flash Player. I would try going to www.adobe.com and installing/reinstalling the macromedia flash player and see if that helps.
