Trying to diagnose a problem around my groin area. Assumed it was a minor groin strain. I've taken some time off, but continued to feel tightness/twinge in the inner thigh/groin area (even after a week off).
Tried a short easy run tonight. No pain in the groin area, but a dull throbbing in the quad (mostly outer).
Groin feels fine, but lingering dull ache/weakness in the upper leg.
Any ideas? I'm assuming this might not be a groin injury.
