what was the recovery?
You really suck at writing.

You will run anywhere from 23:00-DNF.
But a reasonable expectation, assuming full recovery between your repeats (slow slow slow 400m jog or 3:00), is 24:45ish.
I do mile repeats like that 5-10sec slower and can run sub 24.
Depends on how hard it was, what the purpose is, etc.
A workout doesn't predict a race.

Why? Their official language is English, which isn't the case for the USA.
24:10 on a relatively flat course
If the workout was an all-out effort, you probably are in about 24:15 shape.
how many mile repeats did you do? on what kind of surface?
It's running people... if you think it's complicated then you really do suck. Put one foot in front of the other and stop making this sport in to rocket science. Make sure you wear really tiny split side shorts that look like a Speedo though.. your hairy asses hanging out only promotes your image.
stop staring at my while I wear my tiny spit side shorts. it makes me uncomfortable

what a dick!
Here is a suggestion. Run 5x1 mile as hard as you can, with 5 min. rest between each one. One week later, do the same workout with half the rest between each interval. Continue this process. Your times will get closer and closer to your potential 8k time.
