I'd rather post here on letsrun rather than dyestat. I'm serious about my season this year and put in base mileage over the summer (around 60 - 70 mpw). Maybe it's not as much as you do, but that's all I could make do with a job. I ran a few road races over the summer and averaged in 18:20's. I dropped my time to a 17:57 on a legit course on Saturday. Since my XC season began I maintained about 55 - 60 mpw. I'm asking you what is the best way to keep up my successful races during the course of the season and ultimately run low 17's at my state meet. Thanks!
