I will start bc i want to take a little poll about tapering. I started my taper 3 weeks out last time and i think it was too long. I am also in a weird situation of having two low weeks (65 miles, usually in 90s)bc of a little injury. My plan is to ramp it back up this week, and taper the last two weeks, hoping injuries stay away. How does everyone else taper?

m- 7 back hurt
t- 10 back hurt
w- day off bc of back
th-got PT, back better. 10
f- did 8 feeling better.
s- 10
s- 20 (10 miles at 5:25)
65 miles
felt better everyday after th. hopefully i can get back into it.
