Question:
Back in college I ran for a couple of years (X-C and track), weighing in at under 145. Now, after a 10-11 year hiatus, I've been running for almost 2 years and weigh in at 160. I put in more miles now and eat much better than in college. My body fat is between 6 and 10 percent. So, my question is, "why the weight difference?" I'm not taller and burn more calories on a daily basis.
