Thank you for posting Renato. Don't worry, there are still some of us who do not accuse everyone of doping. Those that do probably think they already know everything about training, but have had little success. So when someone does well, they wonder how that could have happened and immediately blame it on performance enhancing drugs. Instead of bringing down faster opponents by, they should focus on themselves (or their own athletes if they are a coach) and figure out why they are running so slow.

Great stuff! Thanks for your insights. I remember reading that Meb Keflezighi prepared for the heat of Athens by training in a heavy sweatsuit, and he ran what is thusfar his best race there.
I'm pretty sure the "Maltodestrines" Renato is talking about is actually Maltodextrins, ie complex sugars.
