I was wondering if anyone knew of any good Seb Coe books. I'm looking for a book that has a few chapters on Coe and his Dad but I forgot the name. There are other great runners included in this book.
Thanks

Better Training for Distance Runners
Born To Run, Running Free and Coming Back - all by David Miller. The first one covers his complete running career. Pat Butcher's The Perfect Distance is also a must read. Nice video interview with author here:

Better Training Distance Runners By Peter Coe and David Martin is the best one in terms of training and uses lots of illustrations from Seb's career and training. It's far more detailed and extensive than Winning Running (which isn't really worth it if you have Training Distance Runners.
If you want biography Born To Run and The Perfect Distance are great.
I am currently reading Better Training for Distance Runners and am finding it quite heavy going. Particularly the first few chapters which go into a lot of scientific detail and can be hard to follow.
Has anyone else found this? Though to be fair, P.Coe & D. Martin do keep promising us that the actual things I would prefer to know such as: nutrition, types of session, pre-race meals/preperations, warm-ups, effects of hill training etc. will come up in later chapters.
Lets hope so, because at the moment a lot of it is going straight through me, and I don't have much of a clue what they're on about!
