Sure, those are probably good rules for you and your youth track team to follow.
1) Talking - All 12 year old boys get raging erections just talking to pubescent girls (especially the ones sprouting breasts).
2) Dancing - All good Baptists should refrain from this evil task.
3) Kissing - What a nasty way to catch a cold, herpes, or worse.
4) Penetration - This is the sole domain of and a task only for the coaches toward the female athletes.
