Yeah, it might be rough to have them start the men's 100m, but they would probably teach the person how to start. It probably wouldn't be that big of a deal. It isn't that hard to start a race.
It sounds like it is for Bill Cosby's box seats that are by the finish line, hoagies and cheesesteaks, t-shirts, officials caps, meeting and hanging with Bill Cosby and using the starting gun. It's pretty cool, even more so if you already had the means and desire to contribute to cancer research. I'm sure it's all tax deductible as well.
