I was injured for 10 months. Started my soph year April 06'- Feb 07'. Everything is fixed now and I had no base for this track season. I ran 9:59, and am now training for cross. D2 state for 5k was won in 16:01 last year with top 6 graduating and top returner being 16:30's. I'm already back to running 60 miles a week and should be at 80 by mid-June. I do two tempos a week (Tues/Sat) One long run and one medium-long run, and the rest recovery/easy runs. Can I win my D2 state meet this year if I stay healthy under thsi training program?
