Hi, I developed a problem towards the end of my outdoor season where my calf was really tight almost like a knot sometimes. I continued to train on it a few weeks with a slight limp and some discomfort, but since I was easing down the miles anyways i didn't worry about it. After conferences I took two weeks off and the pain came back even though the muscle didn't seem to be as tight any longer. I tried massages and thought the pain in my calf was going away but instead it moved to the top of my anterior tibialis. Then when I thought that was going away, the pain moved back to the upper inside of my calf. The pain most recently moved back to the AT and I don't think the discomfort is lessening. I am still not doing a ton of miles, but am gradually getting more serious. This problem makes me much more tired after runs because I think I am striding weirdly and makes every second of them tedious. I am hoping I can find a solution to this soon. Also I just changed my shoes incase I deformed the old ones from the previous limp but the new ones don't seem to be helping. Thanks to anyone who can help.
