...and sweaty womens, for that matter. OK, who else out there suffers silently from hyperhidrosis? With the summer months quickly approaching, any good hydration tips out there (besides "drink more")?
It is not even funny how much fluid I will expel during a long run (90 minutes). We're talkin' completely and utterly drenched--many times over. I've never been "diagnosed" with hyperhidrosis per se, I just sweat a lot.
Could it be that people that tend toward the "fast twitch" end of the spectrum just sweat more, due to the nature of muscle composition (fast twitch being less efficient)?
How do you other sweaty heathens out there cope? And don't ask me to drop the long run from my regimen--I won't do it. I take in a lot of low-sodium V-8 (yes, you too coulda had a V-8), which boasts a whopping 820 mg of potassium per eight ounce serving.
Idears?
