Watch your back over there. There are not too many whites in Kampala - much less in comparison with Nairobi, for example.

The 'Fairway Hotel' has a jogging track of some sort.
Also check out the Leopard Garden at the Kampala Sheraton Hotel in City Centre. It is a 9 acre botanical garden which is 'appropriate for jogging.' Run off-hours, there can be a lot of tourists.
