It would be LOVELY. The thrill a coach gets from a possible recruit expressing their interest is directly proportional to the speed of the prospect and inversely proportional to the number of injuries the prospect has suffered. A female prospect who runs a 4 minute mile, for example, would thrill a coach more than an often-injured girl who runs the mile in 5:35.
The thrill increases proportionate to the grade level of the prospect as well. A senior girl who runs a 4 minute mile would create a greater thrill for a coach than a freshman girl who runs a 4 minute mile.
The degree of thrill is directly proportionate to the number of events the prospect runs well. If that same girl can run a 13 minute 5k as well as her 4 minute mile, a mild heart attack should accompany the advanced degree of thrill.
However, there is a down side to telling a coach anything at all. As the accomplishment level of the prospect increases the health maintenance level of the coach decreases. For example if that girl with the 4 minute mile and the 13 minute 5k also runs the 10k under 30 minutes the coach will most likely suffer a major heart attack with the thrill and be dead when the prospect enrolls.
