Dear 8th graders that post here:
Ritz has been in Eugene the last 2 weeks, prior to his race in NYC and then this last week as well training the entire week. He was at the meet on Saturday night standing right next to Salazar prior to the 5k. I am not sure why he has been in Eugene as much as he has lately but I know alot of people that wish he would get himself in the Salazar Nike camp and spend the next 5-10 years training with Rupp to see what they can push each other to.
PS for the rest of your high school interest it seems that Mr Rupp has been hanging out alot lately with a very pretty young lady that also runs for the Ducks.
Any more useless gossip you need? Go run more and stop sitting on a computer all day.
NOLIMIT aka 7th graders. Ritz lives in Eugene now, that's what he's doing there.
NOLIMIT,
Dick for short.
On his right was salazar, on his left, that slightly greying oregon duck alumnus trying to bring back cargo shorts and the "kid-n-play" box haricut was a guy named Brad who happens to be his coach.
If your gonna glance and make suggestions, take a full look at what you are looking at.
Ritz was running on the bark near South Eugene High School at 3:45 that afternoon at a pace and for a length that did not suggest he was racing 5K that night. Of course, he was so fresh and so clean hanging on the fence hating as goucher fell off in the 5K
BTW; Suarez has the fattest legs I have ever seen for a 13:11 guy. Even Rob De Castella be like "DAMMMMNNNNN!"
Thanks for the exact information.

That's a joke, how about beating Mottram at a 1500m to 5000m, Mottram is nothing special above 5k.

It's funny how people are saying that Mottram is "nothing special above 5K" AFTER he loses to Ritz.

Outkicked by a 3:48 miler in a 27:35 10,000 on the track in May would probably be a better description of that race.
Yes, Ritz has let his fans down a lot by getting hurt. But he's also making a sincere effort to address the problem by making considerable changes to his training. And now he appears to be healthy and running quite well. So why not enjoy it while it lasts? There's a lot to appreciate in a guy willing to sacrifice his body for an outside chance of being the best.
didn't he run the oly trials? he had to to be able to run in the olympics
