not a bad race for her hopefully she will be at UW again next year.

And Suzy Favor-Hamilton ran 37, so she was just hoofin' along, but might not have too much conditioning.
Is she healthy? Is she planning to rejoin the WI team?
take a look at her pic on wisconsins page... she looks MUCH healthier

link??? please
I'm NOT a stalker. I'm just someone who has known what it's like to have an eating disorder and was concerned about her. I don't even know if she had one. I'm sure others might have had some concern about her as well. She looks really happy and healthy in the picture though so thats good. Again, not trying to be creepy or weird, I only stumbled across pictures of her running in races while I was on this site anyways.
She has been tearing up the roads in Madison and is now racing in College. She looks great and ran with Hanna Grinaker (the highest-placed frosh in XC last year) was just behind her. Too bad Claire Maduka (sp?) is not in the group but they will represent well in a very tough NCAA with most of the top teams returning most of their top runners.
She looks GREAT! Stay healthy and HAVE FUN CASSIE!!!
Enjoy College!
When was Hintz at Iowa State? It says that was her previous school.

She never was. It says that for Grinaker's previous school as well.
This is great to see.
Holy cow, she looks about a million times better than when I saw her at Cherry Blossom a couple years ago. There's no way she wasn't having troubles back then, great to see her looking healthy. Best of luck to her.
Wow. Wonderful news, this!
Cassie finished 5th at Paul Short, 1st runner in for Wisconsin. Great to see!!
I notice on the UW website that Cassie's dad is "Raymond Hintz". There was a Ray Hintz who was a pretty good road runner in the late 70s/early 80s in WI; low 2:20s marathon if not a little faster. I remember he was a little bit on the crazy side and used to enter races under phony names.
Same guy?
