In honor of this weekend's excruciatingly over-analyzed NFL Draft, here are my top five Draft busts:
1. Ryan Leaf
2. Brian Bosworth
3. Tony Mandarich
4. Archie Griffin
5. Rob Johnson
I know I'm forgetting some good ones, so have at it.

You know the Raiders are going to do something stupid.
Akili Smith
Cade McNown- If it wasn't for Leaf this would be the most immature cock ever
Curtis Ennis- Out of shape and retarded
KiJanna Carter-Injuries
David Terrell-Big mouth, not talented enough and no balls
Demitrius Underwood-Was nuts, Vikes drafted him anyway and found out he was.......nuts
You could make a good argument the Matt Millens body of work with the lions rates with any bust named here.

Something tells me you're a bears fan...
The Bengals also drafted David Klingler, in addition to Akili Smith. Talk about poor quarterback drafts. At least Carson Palmer has worked out well.
MICAHEL F. VICK
(THUG)
Tim Couch
How would you like to be drafting in the top 10 in what was the best draft for QB's ever.....and wind up with Todd Blackledge?
Dimitrius Underwood is a tough one to top.
These are all good choices, but isn't Eric Crouch the obvious all-time #1?

He was drafted in the late 3rd round. Can't really compare him to the others.
I'd go with the Boz or Tony Mandarich.
rashan saalam
I'm not saying that the Boz wasn't a bust, but the thing about him is he never should have been hyped in the first place.
With a guy like Andre Ware, you have a Heisman trophy winner who ends up fizzling. That's a classic bust that leaves you wondering what might have been.
With the Boz you had a guy whose failure was predictable before the draft took place. He never should have been a bust, he should have been a late round dark horse pick that never shook out. Sure sure, he was a two time Butkus award winner (or something like that) but prior to the draft his shoulders were so bad he couldn't lift his hands above his head. And he made no secret of this. He got drafted anyway just for being The Boz.
How about Courtney Brown?
We would be remiss not to mention Heath Shuler.
Ron Dayne.
NJ track (field) star, awesome collegiate runner, just never got it going for the Giants.
Crouch was a third rounder, so it was a bust but not among the all time surprises. Nebraska had a bigger bust than that in the draft though. How about Lawrence Phillips? He's spent more time in court than on a field since he left Lincoln.
I agree Todd Blackledge had to be a bust especially since he was in the class of '83 for quarterbacks-John Elway, Jim Kelly, Tony Eason and Ken O'Brian were the others.1999 was full of 'em Tim Couch, Akili Smith, Cade McNown in the 1st round..Ricky Williams falls more into the category of a disappointment-not a bust but he didn't live up to his potential! McNabb and Culpepper were also in that 1st round. How about Tommy Maddox-1st rounder out of UCLA in 1992 then he surfaces ten years later in the XFL and he actually had a nice comeback with a couple solid years with the Steelers.Eli Manning-the jury's still out in my opinion-look at other QBs behind him in that draft year: Philip Rivers, big Ben. I think the Chargers robbed the Giants in that trade by dealing away the number one pick (Manning) and getting a lot more in return.
