Ever had your soleus muscle in your calf so tight that it feels like every time your in spikes; it feels like it's tearing? Am i tearing it? Or is it just overly tight, i have tight calf's all the time, its common among all runners, but never this bad. I tried icy hot b4 & after runs, stretching it, massage, moist heat/heating pad. What else should i try, will IB's help? Had this since Monday after, & i race again on Saturday HELP!
