you'll probably get tired of the screaming and pokemon' discussion pretty quick.
make sure they have a shoe with plenty of cushioning because they are at such a young age, this is the time to prevent any future injuries and muscular/bone breakdown by wearing improper shoes. i suggest putting all of them in the Brooks Beast. just send a letter home to their parents telling them to go out and purchase the Beast.
as far as training, a decent aerobic mileage program such as 20 minutes a day will is fine. maybe 1 day a week worth of 200's to pace them out. 200's a great for kids because its not too far for them to run and you can do them at any mile pace. from 4:00 all the way to to 8:00.
also, tell them the harder they run, the more ice cream you will buy them.
