I was out for 7 weeks with foot tendonitis. Started running again Feb. 1st. Now I'm up to 50mpw (as of last week). I've done 1 speed session (4 x 800) 2 weeks ago and a hill session (6 x .3mile hill) last Tuesday. I was planning on trying 6 x 800 this afternoon. I'm aiming for a half marathon (goal of 1:23-4) at the end of May. I still have slight foot pain. My old 1/2 time were around 1:24 and my marathon was under 3hours. Am I on the right track? I've never had to do this before.
