I didn't sleep a wink. I went to a party (I didn't drink, smoke or do drugs), and I got home pretty late. I couldnt fall asleep AT ALL. I think I was a bit fired up from the party and what not (not fired up to fight.. there was tons of ladies). I ran in the morning off of zero sleep. I felt alright until about 30 minutes into the run.. My pace went from 7:30's to 9:00's... How long will it take to recovery from no sleep one night????
Also, I have been having trouble trying to fall asleep earlier. I am going to try to stay awake until 10 pm which is the time I want to start falling asleep. Is this a good idea?
