55:30 = sub-16:00 or 16:00-flat for 5K so yeah you should be in the 15:30 range or at least 15:40.
Within 3 weeks of each other I ran 54:56 for a hilly 10 miler and 15:45 for a flat, fast 5K. I'm guessing your 5K is around 15:30.
