I don't know what time, but MUCH faster than 15:10-25, I know a kid who did 5XMile in 5:10 ish with same rest and ran under 15:20 on an XC course, and he's all endurance.

Well, that is the difference. An all endurance guy can manage his 5K pace close to his mile pace, but on the average, you slow down quite a bit. Me myself run 5'21" average on 5xmile and can only manage a 16'48" 5K. I run 50-60 miles/wk. To each of his own.
I ran 15:25 after a 3 X 1 mile in 5:00 with 3 minutes rest, 40 miles per week.
I'd say 15:00/4:00 for 5k/1500

Wow, that is impressive. What are the rest of your training. I know I might not have the same gene to run like this, but I might be able to improve from where I am now with your training schedule.
im a strength runner too but i do also have speed..
