why dont you just run a mile and find out
mabye 4:40ish
what were your recoveries?
and shut the hell up terd-thats the second time you've said "run a mile and find out" such a dick move
4:40 seems a bit fast. 1:45 600m = about 4:40 pace, and the OP faded off that pace. Without knowing the recoveries, I'd say 4:45 (perfect day) to 5:00. Probably right around 4:50--the finishing speed looks good on those 200s.
i dont know but if you are going to wuss out that bad in the 600s might as well not even run the 200s
Actually if you are going to wuss that bad in the 600s you might as well not even run the mile.
Actually if you're going to wuss out that bad in the 600s, you shouldn't run at all.
i ran that same workout yesterday (4x600) with 200 meter jog and 30 seconds rest after that (my coach is working 2 workouts and usually starts the other group than runs over to where we are, gets our times and we start another rep) in the following times
1:49 1:49 1:52 1:51
I ran a 5:09 the other day which is my pr from last year but i haven't had a good race yet pace wise and haven't really took any risk when the 3rd lap comes around which is a lap i usually slow down on.
gotaa meet coming up thursday we'll see how it goes...
4:41!
woohoo! thanks guys. hopefully next meet, i can get down to 4:35.
