yesterday we had a wrokout
of 4X400m and 8X200m
i ran 68,65,62,74

35,35,35,34,34,34,30,30
90 second breaks throughout
It didn't feel that bad except I was feeling the 65 and the 62 for the rest of the workout and my first 100m of each was at fastest 17 and ussually 18-19. I've never rrun the 2 mile before but my coach says I am. What do you think I can run based on that and any advice for the pacing strategy?
