I took 2 months off this fall/winter due to complications from having a wisdom tooth removed. (long, painful story). I started running again through January and February and started adding in some intervals in March (once or twice a week, 400's mostly) I haven't had any real pain, but every morning when I get up I have a terrible ache in the outside upper region of my ankle. It goes away after walking around for 10-15 minutes and doesn't feel sore while running, though occassionally aches again 30 minutes to an hour after my run. This has been going on for about 2 weeks, though, and I'm starting to wonder what's up. I'm 22 and I've been running for 6 years, sometimes up to 80 mpw, and never felt anything like this before. I'm only doing 40 mpw now, which is what I left off at before the whole tooth incident, most of those miles are at an easy pace. Any ideas as to whats wrong
