the first hundred meters was very slow for all of these about 18-20 seconds for both the 400s and 200s
I have such bad starts that for the first 100 or so I am about 15 meters back, running with the girls who are doing workouts, then I catch up.

for the 68 i split 52-14 the 65 I split 36-29 for the 62 I split 19-43
the first hundred is the hardest part. should i focus on turnover? My stride length is good but I might overstride (I heel strike)
acceleration advice?
