For those who have used altitude tents I have a couple of questions:
1. Do you gradually increase your altitude to avoid some of the same issues when first going to altitude? Namely decreased performance for the first couple of weeks.
2. At what rate of increase do you adjust. For example, 5000 ft. the first week and 6,000 ft the next week and so on?
3. How many weeks does it take once you are at your peak altitude to see a difference?
Any other tips would be appreciated.
