I've seen 10 out of 15. Missed Big Lebowski, Jackass, Fight Club, My Girl, Sidekicks, Troy, Patriot, Sin City, Jason CLXXXIV, and Goodfellas. Saw the rest.

Anything with CHUCK NORRIS
Sorry, you never saw Goodfellas or Fight Club?! Were you too busy raising barns with the other Pennsylvania dutch?!
Fight Club is insane, greatest fight seens ever..
1st rule of Fight Club--Never talk about Fight Club
The beating Sonny gave Carmine in The Godfather.
"Ya touch my sister again ... I'll kill ya."
My nominations:
Indiana Jones vs. Arab swordsman, Nazi on the flying wing, Mola Ram, Vogel, and pretty much any other bad guy
Malcolm Reynolds vs. The Operative (Serenity)
Roadhouse, no question!!
Patrick Swayze fights to the near death before pulling out the other guy's heart (literally).
Ong-Bak
Disappointed not to see Jim Carey (sp) kicking his own ass in "Liar Liar."
The beating Jake the Muss unleashes on Uncle Bully at the end of Once Were Warriors.

We do not even talk about not talking about it.

Good fights in Roadhouse for sure, but the scene you're talking about it was the throat that got removed, not the heart.
How about Steven Segal when he puts that corkscrew in that guys forehead?
Very good, LOL. My immersion in pop culture started dwindling about 1987, and is a bare trickle now. I've seen parts of Goodfellas, none of FC. True story. I occasionally drive past the spread of Terry Funk, who was also on the end of a Patrick Swayze ass-kicking in Roadhouse. When driving by, I roll down the window and yell, "Dalton!!" just to scare him.

The Warriors against the Baseball Furies. And later when they fought the Punks in the subway station bathroom.
"I'll shove that bat up your ass and turn you into a popsicle."
