A friend is writing a paper, looking for any articles or other resources dealing with citizenship and distance running, the pros and cons of granting the likes of Lagat and Meb US citizenship, etc. Basically, just looking for anything anyone has written on the controversy, editorials, articles, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated! He is doing a paper on Lagat, Meb, Abdi, and the other Africans who are now running for the US and are American citizens. He is going to look at the controversy surrounding allowing these runners to represent our country, and whether it is a good or bad thing. So, anything you can help out with, i would appreciate it!
