don't use the word brah.
if you want to make a video, do it like these guys from RIT:
http://www.flocasts.org/flotrack/flotrackr/videos.php?a=video_show&vid=30577
That's how you make a good running film.
agreed. we were never cool and there wasn't an online to defend ourselves on. the cool guys usually transferred or quit. i heard tim plumbee was pretty badass though. i wonder where he ended up? gish
Tim Plumbee...yeah, I've been wondering what happened to him myself. Every since Burt Hoovis smoked him at PSAC regionals years ago, I haven't heard much from the guy.
I bet he's stopped running and now looks like Todd "Whale" Sponseller (sp?).
Hoovis
Get back to track man. What is going on this weekend. Bew Balance is up this weekend. Where is Struaman and Cummings racing? What about Weiss? Clark?
Bucknell
anyone there?
Wait is Plumbee the guy they named the Plumbee run after? If so he had to be pretty cool to have that run named after him. Hans was cool(he could easily be called a bad ass at times), and I'd have to give a shout out to Helfrick too. Those were the only ship guys I knew well enough to pass the coolness judgement. Oh Spence, that's right!
And there was a group that had class my Freshman year (Lillicrap and others) in the 5k even though I wasn't on their team (but I missed it by two seconds)
on the first day of plumbee my true love gave to me a forty of oldE.
Hoovis 2:
"Every since Burt Hoovis smoked him at PSAC regionals years ago, I haven't heard much from the guy."
I thought that there were PSAC Championships and East Regional Championships.
At New Balance:
Mile: Pinto, Spidell, Pomerantz
5000m: Litvinov, Dalton (over seeded as always)
~Thats about it don\'t know where the others are at
I don't care if the Brandts overseeded him or Underseeded him! I'm only gonna say it once. DON'T DISS MISHA! He is the man!!!!
I was hoping to see more PSAC people in the Susquehanna meet on Friday night. I honestly think that's a better track that Bucknell!(minus the D1 competition) My work schedule makes me not making Saturday meets, so I've been running a few miles and hope to run a decent 5k against some Kutztown guys there tomorrow night.
Predictions for the milers at New Balance??????
pinto, Spidell, Pomerantz???
hahahaha Old E... that was a great line.
And as for Misha, I am tired of getting beat by a guy who runs crooked. I have two options then, train harder or bitch and moan on here. Well I'm already logged on so I guess my choice is already made for me.
Yeah chicken little, I agree Owens(boro) was the biggest badass in psac history! Sell's mutten chops have nothing on the Owens beard of fire!
Mansfield is also running the DMR at New Balance.

If they got their A squad in it should be a fast time.
change of plans they are running at the BU Valentine at BU this weekend. And they are running there "A" team, But i do not see them running under 10:00!
Chill out Dirt I wasn't dissing Misha just stated the fact that Bloomsburg also terribly overseed their kids, so they just get their doors blown off in a heat they shouldn't be in....
this is the way I see the mile:
Pinto:4:13
Spidell:4:13
Pomerantz:4:18
word on the street is that shizzy gave up letsrun for lent! Thank God!
Mansfield 10:01 at NB in NYC
Lock Haven 10:07
I'm tellin you Mansfield is running at BU, where are the results of the mens DMR? i say they go nothing under 10:02.
Cummings-4:12
Sanford - 3:02
800m leg - 1:57
Falcone - 51.2
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
