What the hell is going on?
More talent in Club XC from PSAC alums then in the actual PSAC. Who is the blame? Who needs to be fired?

I predict no one from the PSAC from the 400-5k makes indoor nationals this year.
Also, why so many Ma Ga KAG guys in Haven? I realize it’s a hillbilly school but goodness that have to teach some sense and logic there no?
sad to see Ryan Blood has lost his mind.
Nobody in the 400?? Arp from Ship went 46 last year and is improving.
Dusting off this old thread. Yes, the school system is having issues. It was just announced that due to declining enrollment multiple schools were going to consolidate / merge / align to save costs. It's not clear what that means and how athletics will be handled. At best it's neutral but there's a lot of uncertainty. Two sets of schools are merging:
Edinboro / CalU / Clarion
Bloomsburg / Lock Haven / Mansfield
If you are a kid looking at any of those schools it adds a lot of uncertainty not only for sports but the university as a whole.
Why is the PSAC so slow now? Where have all the good runners/jumpers/throwers gone? Is the PSAC a dying conference?
bump.
Edinboro gets it done at the XCchampionships. Shippensburg gets second with a top 5 consisting of only freshmen and sophomores. Lock Haven looked pretty good for 3rd. Should be a fun outdoor season for the PSAC.
I'm sad the new generation let this thread go.
The conference is in a weird place these last few years with COVID, schools combining, more budgets being slashed, and high school talent looking elsewhere because of the uncertainty, but we can certainly all come together to talk sh*t on each other once in a while, right??

They have all lost that competitive drive. Back in my day, we talked sh*t and had a good time and got along. Now they are all too soft. Conference is dead in terms of talent and personality.

Case in point. Strava is for hobby joggers. Letsrun is for runners.
Will the PSAC rise again? Will the "merger" kill half the conference? Are the powers that be lying to everyone about the so-called "merger"?

Heard they are chasing some fast times at Mansfield tonight. Pacer going out for sub 15 5k on the grass course.

Haha what? bloom looked pretty average and Mansfield is absolutely atrocious. Nobody really turned heads the first weekend of races but ‘boro stayed home and still has yet to race

No one going out in sub 15 on grass anytime soon in this conference. It's going to get worse for schools like Mansfield in the next couple years. Is that the wife of the coach at Mansfield in the results?

The rumor is that Cheyney is coming back to the PSAC and they are hungry this time. Inside sources claim they are going to be a distance powerhouse in 2-3 year after their triumph return to the conference.
And yes, that looks to be the wife of the coach at Mansfield in the results.
Will anyone from the PSAC break 34 minutes on Saturday at Regionals in Lock Haven?
What track/XC times do ya'll think can get me a spot on the IUP team?

Take a look at last years team and see where you stack up. IUP has been in a bit of decline the last couple years, but what PSAC team hasn't.
Deer PSAC, you should all be embarrassed! I sure am!
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
