I thought you graduated Steve
Word around town is that Danny Dugan of Bloom has been training his lungs with a steady diet of cigarettes and Mtn. Dew flavored E-cigarettes and is going to "send it" next week
Forecast for next Saturday is partly sunny, but fat clouds will roll in at the start time. Heard the entire Bloom team runs the Halo Reactor Mega Vape Mod and will be battling Concord who runs the Innokin Coolfire Dragon VII Mods for the fattest cloud. After race feastives feature Rob Moser, Greg Beaudette, Danny Dugan, Danny Lorah, and some Edinboro ginger in a vape trick contest. Heard Moser could pull off the bullring.
Shifting gears from regionals for a hot second, lets talk lock haven river run. "Jer Bear" Bugatti is lacin em' up and it's time to talk time predictions

Pondel won PSAC's but will get kicked down in this track style 10k. IUP and Ship guys will move up in the results for the type of course it is. Overall, the team scores will not change but you never know, an upset somewhere can always happen.
Regional predictions:
Ship
Boro
IUP
Concord
Haven
ESU
Bloom
Agree that Beadette will pull it off. Think you forgot about Dom Stroh though...
REGIONALS! LETS GO BABY!
REGIONALS!!! WHO'S READY?
Kutztown FTWMF. Hoffman has been holding his cards tight. A secret transfer has been seen running all around town lately.
Big, if true.
Attn: PSAC
Rob Moser just evolved before our very eyes into a divine being. Bow down to the God himself. He turns water into Nattys and your gfs into wenches. He's come to take the PeeSAC by the balls and claim what's rightfully his.
FYI: Had to much time on my hands, and I compared recent regional times when run at LH. This year compares somewhat well with 2012, but 2013 and 2015 were on another level. Conference has been on the decline since 2015. In terms of overall depth, the weakest its been. Not saying the conference is doomed, just saying its a down year. LONG LIVE THE PSAC
Regional Results 2017
Top 10 Avg: 31:10 Under 31: 3
Top 25 Avg: 31:43 Under 32: 17
Top 50 Avg: 32:15 Under 33: 45
Regional Results 2015
Top 10 Avg: 30:44 Under 31: 10
Top 25 Avg: 31:15 Under 32: 24
Top 50 Avg: 32:00 Under 33: 43
Regional Results 2013
Top 10 Avg: 30:43 Under 31: 5
Top 25 Avg: 31:12 Under 32: 25
Top 50 Avg: 31:49 Under 33: 59
Regional Results 2012
Top 10 Avg: 31:20 Under 31: 3
Top 25 Avg: 31:43 Under 32: 18
Top 50 Avg: 32:09 Under 33: 48
Why did the last two pages of this thread get deleted? Mainly everything about how soft the conference is getting is just gone now. Far worse things have been said besides "The conference is in a decline", in the past. Can't even have a discussion about things anymore without someone getting offended and reporting it.
Weird, they are back now. Any predictions for PSAC at Natty’s?
IUP men will show up big at Nattys, Ship will obviously be there, Edinboro will either be boom or bust.
This was Steve Spence at his finest. Moser has a ton of potential. With Edinboro and Ship still going strong...the PSAC will never die.

I know this is you Joey D
Any thoughts on nationals. Did Ship over or under perform? What about individuals? Looks like Moser was a one hit wonder
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
