and mains beat Keiran badly.
and mains beat Keiran badly.
I don't see why we need to pit the two against each other. They each beat the other once this season, and seemed to be very sportsman like in the process. It's great to see the them running well, and a shame mains was not given the chance he deserves.
Yea I agree. Both are friends and get along well outside of running but once on the track they are going to try to beat one another. It would have only helped the conference to send more people. The conference has been getting less competitive as a whole at national meet and we need to start getting back to it. We do not have the depth anymore to compete but only have a few guys who are able to contend.
Well ships DMR didn't run well still coulda placed if Burleigh would have put forth some effort, I mean he was the defending champ in the mile. Any buddy know what the splits were?
On a serious note, does anyone else consider Nick Libbi the sexiest runner in the PSAC.

Sexy as in ugly than absolutely but I also havent seen him race in over a year now. Does he even still go to ship or run?
Hey now Nick Libbi isn't a bad looking man, and between you me and everyone else on this thread he's a handful in the sack. I hope he comes back soon because he showed promise last year before what I assume to be an injury. Any updates on dinzeo? And take it easy on ships guys, they were there and we weren't so let's not bash them too hard. I hope outdoor brings more qualifiers and hopefully some hardware!
Well looks like Libbi finally raced and turned in a very unimpressive 10k time
Its a 10k you either go for a national qualifier or conference qualifier. Looks he went for a conference qualifier. We will see what happens at conferences. The 800 looks to be turning out to be a stacked field again........
I agree His 10k time really isn't an indication of his shape yet. But that's besides the point. This guy hasn't raced in a long time what do you expect? Plus I have a feeling this was his first 10k.
Can anyone confirm the reports that Paul Galtron was seen eating a 24oz porterhouse steak before rocking out the 5k at Bucknell last weekend??
Yes. I can also confirm that steak was completely wrapped in cheese.
Dinz is back? on the start lists for the Penn 10k, will he run under 28?
Dinz a no show. Assuming he is injured and why he is not running, would have liked to see how he improved from last years 28:40.
Great job to everyone who competed this past weekend, and good luck to those representing the PSAC on the National level!
Too early for some cross speculation . . . any predictions yet?
Why waste time discussing this, this is whats gonna happen. Ship guys are going to post on here like always and boast that they have a great team this year and that they will rule the PSAC but comes post season they never live up to their word. In recent years they have been stomped on by other PSACs schools at the regional and national level.Track is all they have. They just can't get it together for cross. Haven will come out the victor with a very solid team losing only a few from last year. Boro will again be in the top 3 and the rest of the PSAC just looks weak. Pretty much the same as last year with out a few of the top guys in Dinz, Link and Mains just to name a few.
isnt the reason ship does not beat Boro or Haven in xc because they do not go all in on cross? I would say the rest of the psac is lucky spence does not run his guys 100+ miles a week. Every year half of havens 7 runners from the regional meet struggles to qualify for the psac meet in the 5k or 10k. running is a year round sport.......
Didn't haven go 1-2-3 in the 10k outdoor? Without trying?
