but not as bad as Shipp......zing!!!
shizzy get off the boards and start working and pay some bills, vagina needs his money and donkey boner needs it seat paid for.
I havn't seen jen harp up close but I'm just gonna say it ship girls are prolly top contention for hottest PSAC team hands down as far as hottest I give it to Mary Dell??
I just wanted to wish everyone in the region good luck. Hope Reagan and Clark battle it out and have an awesome race. And good luck to Beegle and my ship boys. Wish I could have stayed healthy this season and contributed. Its going to be hard to watch this regional and not run in it. I'll try my best and scream at you guys, so hopefully that is enough. As for the other PSACers, I would wish you luck, but you guys are racing my boys, so I will have to favor them over you..haha...but have a good race everyone..Cheers.

How about the legs thighs and torso on Neely...eh wee she rocks. IUP usually has decent gals but theyre slugs this year. Im comfortable enough with my sexuality to say Jeff Weiss is by far the best male physique in the PSAC.
For the guys at SRU...if you want a good laugh read this post below from page 2 of the msgboard. It's over 2years old but this poster is a good fortune teller of what will not happen, especially the second comment he makes. Read #6...rhinestone gayboy can eat his words now.

I agree with most of your ranking but you are wrong when comes to the middle of the field.
1. Ship - They have no real star on the team such as Blood or clark but the run so good as a pack team.
2. Lock Haven
3. ESU
4. Clarion - This bunch of walkons has been turned into a bunch of runners. Clark will contend for the PSAC and Regional Championship
5. Edinboro - They don't have as good as talent as past years but they still have runners. You can never count out Doug Watts.
6. Slippy Rock - All they really have is wiess. Redshirting really hurt this team.
Rock is gonna take out Boro this weekend,
read Reagen's interview on the shark, he was in mid piss when the gun went off, and weiss went to get him! Both of them are going to be ahead of Hahn, and Reagen has a damn good chance to win it.
I think that post was ment to predict what place they would get at conference or regionals in 2006, where at best they placed 5...i don't remember. And that season all they did have was Weiss because Bluman and Geddis were redshirting and Reagan was still at WVW. At no point in time did the prediction say that they will be this bad in the future, if anything the prediction refered to the fact that they WILL be better in the future...in that sense it was correct. So do you find it funny when predictions from 2 years ago do not match up to todays actual results? In that case you should be laughing about clarion being predicted to be fourth, because they don't even have a team anymore.
WOW! The races were spectacular today...some dazzling #1 performances and a heck of a tight team race.
Clark puts up a course record and cruises over the rest of the field, while Hahn took down a second to lead his Edinboro team to nats. Reagan and Weiss pull up 3 and 4, and Lock Haven takes the team title on the heels of some young runners.. Getz, Pomerantz, and Hilton all go top 10. What an impressive performance by them! 6 of the top 10 were underclassmen, so look for the PSAC to be nasty in the next couple of years.. Beegle leads Ship to a fourth place finish, with a young pack of runners around 20th place. I can't wait for the upcoming years!
Neely Spence looked relaxed as she cruised to victory. The real race was for second place...in the end, Jamie Wright from SRU took down the pack of 6 competing for it, leading her SRU to a second place finish.
Awesome day!
Sorry...twat was that I c*** hear you! Great prediction of Reagan's Colorado training hurting him. Sorry what did he finish today at Regionals? Oh yeah 4th. I thought he was supposed to run 27mins this month for 8K you gimp.
Way to go Pat and Jeff!

Poor pat reagan, running a half decent time so early, only to be destroyed by the end of the season, and falter where it really counts. Good job kid! You officially have no clue what you are doing. Have fun running 27 min 8ks come October.
BTW, the Rock is a terrible team. I mean CAL beat them HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Insane how crappy this conference is.
where the hell are the results at? its been 6 hours since the mens race has been over?!?!

Go Home SRU.
Great Job This Year Cheyney!
Congrats to the Lock Haven men! Russell has established himself as one of the best coaches in the northeast.
Congrats Slippery Rock on showing how classy you are.....NOT! Those signs.....Prick move.and for the men, regarding the sign "slippery rock nationals or bust". hmmmmm...... BUST! Way to go guys!!!!
Not trying to rain on your parade, but Russell is far from "one of the best" coaches in the northeast. Have you ever met him? He slobs the knobs of his top guys and treats the rest of his team like an afterthought. Plenty of past runners will attest to that. Go ahead and ask them.
He gets decent high school talent and produces a decent Division II team. That's it. I could do that and I've never coached a day in my life. Look at how Lock Haven stacks up against real teams every year when they run Paul Short and the Penn State meet. They get embarrassed.
Russell brings nothing new to the table. He's mediocre at best.
I thought the signs were creative and added a nice touch to the meet...i found the one that said "Pat Regean's pants are tighter than Hahn's" quite funny...also I think the poster before me was a little harsh on Russell...i wouldn't go as far as calling him the best in the northeast considering he doesn't have as many titles as Watts does...but he does a great job at preparing his guys
I may or may not have stolen that sign.
Sick regionals video coming.
Hey anonymous, I think I have evidence that cements the fact you have the sign.
Steeple this, lend anonymous your dictionary so he can spell anonymous correctly
