IURIIIIIIII edged out cummings!
IURIIIIIIII edged out cummings!
Cummings survives injury to AA for the 5th time! Pinto runs a ballsy race to be AA. Congrats to them, Jarret (WCU) Muller, the Cal Relay team and Sean on the theirr Aciwevements - congrats to Gardener in the HJ Conrad in the Jav and Gray from Mansfield in the Discus!
All the women too. Great job PSAC!
That just goes to show you exactly how good Strauman is...how much time did the guy miss this year, and he still managed to win the National Title. From the looks of it, he sure didn't do it the easy way...wire-to-wire, in a race that nobody wants to lead.
All the hard work he's put in over the years has certainly paid off. You couldn't ask for a better way to end your collegiate track career...what's next for him?
Congrats to Strauman, he finally got what he was been after for, for the last two years...congrats to Pinto on grabbing that AA spot, edging out his rival Chris, and shuting up the nay-sayers on this board!!! Also I would like to tip my hat to Reagan although he came up short in his bid for AA he still ran 20,000 meters for the attempt. It shows he was some big balls my friend, you will get it next year.
How Cummings managed to miss PSACs and still get AA is insane! 5x AA is friggin awesome! Congrats to him! Mansfield had two AA this year; with one being in discuss. That school is really turning around. Even with Cummings graduating, they've got that high jumper and a discuss guy for a few more years. Wow!
Chill Out Dude! They Still Suck and they will Always Suck.
Way to Go Mr Iuri Pinto, and Mr Strauman.
Yeah, Yeah! What a great way to end a great career...congrats Strauman. Fleck

PSAC Teams at NCAA AA's
IUP 3
Mansfield 2
Everyone else one.
Yeah they suck. Moron.
Dude, IUP had 3 Mansfield 2 you're the Moron who doesn't know how to count, 3 is higher and better then 2, you dip shit.
No dip shit that was the point - IUP and Mansfield had more AA's than the "good" schools.
well seeing how track is officially over now for the psac how about some early season xc predictions? i believe i am correct in saying that slippery rock is hosting nationals this year which should create some excitement for getting there
I'm thinking that Edinboro will win the team title and Slippery Rock will fill their gaps and pull a second. It's hard to count SRU out when they have Weiss and Reagan at the helm of their squad.
My dark horse is Ship..they have a solid group returning, and have some pretty good recruits coming in.

Chad that might have hurt if you were not a 24 yr old never has been.
I'm 23.
And Congrats to all who ran well at nats... way to go!
Well Chad, you may be a 23 year old has been and you may hate me, but you'll always be a champ in the hearts of IUP runners ...especially after your form in your last week there...
Ship is going to be good they are going to have Jon Grey from oklahoma.
Not sure if that is 100% yet.
Did she run for IUP last year and then Slippery Rock this year? Grad school?

Nicole had an extra year of elegibility because she got a medical redshirt last year. she only ran one race and that is the 10k you found. she is at sru for grad school.
another interesting note, she ran the whole season (if you want to call it that) on a broken pelvis! If I remember correctly she was only running about 10-15 miles a week and cross training like a beast! Way to go you animal!
Yeah, I agree that Ship is going to be a great team next year in cross. Got a bunch of solid guys, and I think it'll carry them far.
Rock hosting nats is sweet! Are they gonna have the castle and everything?
Wow, that womens 10k must have been a hell of a race to watch this year, that's insane that there was only a 24 second spread between 1st and 8th...that's just incredible.
Nationals at SRU will be sweet...it will be interesting to see how much of an advantage having it there gives PSAC teams.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
