I believe that the IC4A meets are open to any dues paying schools regardless of division status. So, pay the bucks and meet the qualifying standards and you can compete. At one time several D2 and D3 schools were members but only the D1 programs competed for whatever reason.

No, i don't seem to recall that. All i remember is when he got hawked down in the 4x400.
All I remember is when Dave Mock hawked him down at XC states and it gave Spooner a lovely "O" Face
