I'm fairly tall for a distance runner (6'6"), and although I don't weight that much for my height (166), I know that my height creates more disadvantages than advantages in regards to running. For those of you 6'5" or taller, do you train differently than someone who is of average height? I've read that some tall runners, namely Jack Bachelor and Joe Lemay, tended to stay away from intervals and instead concentrate on LT runs and moderate-hard training runs.
I suppose it all depends on the individual, but I just wanted to see how the other running freaks of nature train.
