hey guys I worked at a running store this summer and i learned alot about shoes, just thought this could be useful in helping u select ur next pair.
1st- If a shoe works for you keep that model
2nd change ur shoe every 500 miles or 6 months
3 know what type of shoe you have a lightwieght trainer will probably break down in 3
4models
nike - generally narrow
saucony wider forefoot narrow heel
new balance comes in different widths but is generally wide
asics is wide too.
also be careful with pronation have someone check for you to see if u need extra supports.
just thought it'd be useful i know some smartass is gonna write back saying he knew all of this but this was inteneded for those who didnt.
