do NOT worry about feeling weak and it affecting your workouts....it is MORE important to lose the weight now, than worrying about it affecting workouts in January. Think how much better your workouts will be in March when you lose 20 plus pounds over the next 2 months. THAT is more important than not dieting now, so you will feel ok.
