400:58
800: 2:13
1500:430

explain
400m: 72
800m: 2:35, note that this is higher than my entry for this distance already on your list - I now believe the 2:30 I ran was on an inaccurate-distance track (it was a weird, supposedly 1/10 mile thing).
mile: 5:14
5k track: 18:36
10k track: 37:30
1/2 mara: 1:26
marathon: 2:52
Me vs. Slowtwitch would be a great matchup. :)

Was that 4:53 Snoop? I mean, if you ran a 10:26, then you MUST'VE run a 1600 in under 5:53 on that race (5:13 even split). Besides, 4:53/10:26 are just about my HS sophmore times for the 1 and 2 mile.
Half Marathon - 72:14
Marathon - 2:32:53
You're killing me. If you're going to post times, might as well get the right info.
800m: 1:52.9
5k road: 13:57
8k: 22:50
10k road: 28:36

1/2 thon: 1:03.40
I hold all of the world records.
I've only been running for a year and a bit so I know I'm slow!
400m: 57.1
800m: 2:14
5000m (track): 17:22
ACtually my 1600 pr = 4:53
I thought you had to actually submit your PRs to make the list. I didn't realize we could be entered involuntarily.
Oh well, as long as my embarassment is public, I should make it accurate. My 5 mile (or is it 8k?) PR is listed as 26:10 but it is actually 26:16 if that matters. Anyway the time isn't verifiable (not online anywhere that I can find as I did it back in 1989) so it should probably be removed, right?
My 5k PR is correctly listed as 15:59 but as there is no way to verify this (not unless you've got the results of the November, 1987 "Weaver Waddle" 5k handy), it should probably be removed from the list. I'm coming very close to breaking that anyway so if I do I'll submit a real, verifiable time.
Also, my 3000 meter PR is unverifiable as it was done in practice in college but I recently came within a few seconds of it in an actual verifiable race where I ran a 9:03
5k:
delete 16:48
insert 16:36
I know it's mediocre, and a mediocre improvement, but it was a hilly course, I was coming off a heavy (for me) week with no rest, I'm not getting any younger, and it's MY mediocre improvement/pr.
Thanks Hadd!
