Enough is enough with that clown. That 3.27 performance is the most obvious and laughably doped 1500m performance of all time. There have been a few beauties - especially right at the top of the sport (under the the 3.29's and even right at the very top) but look at the guys around him on that list and think about if there was any world in which they wouldn't make it out of the first round of the 1500m at a worlds? The guy only a few tenths ahead of him won three straight world titles and the Olympics. Habz can f--- right off man.

At 31 years old, Azeddine Habz has gone from also-ran to all-time great. He didn’t even make the Olympic final last year and is now the 6th fastest man in history, ahead of all three Paris medalists. Jakob has only run faster...
I mean, he was still running 3:29s a few weeks ago right? As we just saw in the 10k, anything can happen in a slow race. Habz's positioning wasn't good in the race, and he missed out on the semis by 1 place. I think it's pretty suspicious to run 3:27 so early and not get better (one could say Knighton-esque), but I'm not ready to call it doping when it's maybe the hardest event to qualify for, and Habz has never had success at global championships.
If you look at international Habz races, he is always close to the front when the last laps arrives.. and always ties up in the last 100m. Except for that 3'27", for whatever reason.

the effect of EPO or whatever does take time to fade away though.

Right. And quite honestly, a one off 3:27 wouldn’t prove he is doping any more than running that fast all season would. Jonah Koech has had a breakout season compared to the past, Phanuel Koech is new on the scene, and Josh Hoey is number 2 at 800 despite not making Worlds. Hell, people have accused Hoey of doping all year.
What you learn reading these boards is that any excuse to accuse a star of doping seems to suffice. Longevity, a one off performance, youth, age, coaches, ethnicity, intelligence, family history, lack of longevity, thyroid problems, and no kidding: male pattern baldness.

So literally any and every reason that people have thought of to accuse an athlete of doping has been used.
4 guys in history who have done it so far. And Kiprop has a shady history. Lagat did not win Olympic gold (though he did win Worlc Championships gold). Kiprop's mile PB is 3:48.50, Lagat's mile PB is 3:47.28, Jakob's mile PB is 3:43.73. Jakob is the youngest 3:26 guy in history (Not by much, but still. Jakob was 6 days younger than El G was when they first broke 3:27). Jakob has only finished outside the top 2 twice in his senior career (2020 and onwards) if we look at 1500m and mile races (outdoors, finals only) (3rd in Monaco 2021 (3:29.25) and 4th in Paris 2024 (3:28.24) Lagat and Kiprop aren't anywhere close to that stat.
Kiprop's top 5 fastest times: 3:26.69, 3:27.72, 3:28.45, 3:28.88, 3:29.18
Lagat's top 5 fastest times: 3:26.34, 3:27.40, 3:27.91, 3:28.51, 3:29.21
Jakob's top 5 fastest times: 3:26.73, 3:27.14, 3:27.83, 3:27.95, 3:28.24
